Authors:   EMIR FETHI CANER (Ph.D., University of Texas at Arlington) is currently Assistant Professor of Church History and Anabaptist Studies at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. ERGUN MEHMET CANER (Th.D., University of South Africa) is currently Professor of Theology and Church History at Criswell College, Dallas, Texas.
